Terms and Conditions

I commit to receiving a minimum of two shipments prior to terminating my membership with the Dionysus WineCLub. After the minimum commitment period, I may cancel my membership by doing so in the writing without further obligation except for wine billed prior the wine club’s receipt of notice to cancel. I authorize Odyssey Winery, Inc. to charge my credit card in accordance with the club membership options for which I have signed and agreed to receive. It is my responsibility to notify Odyssey Winery, Inc. of any changes to my membership prior to the billing and shipping dates outlined in the pre-shipment notification email. Odyssey Winery, Inc. will not be responsible for any misdirected wines. I understand there will be additional fees for returned, reshipped or redirected club shipments. Due to the special constraints we ask that you pickup club shipments at the tasting room within 30 days of release. I authorize Odyssey Winery, Inc. To charge my credit card for any outstanding shipments remaining in will call and process for shipping to my address on file.
