Petit Verdot
Our inky Petit Verdot has subtle aromas of blackberry, fig jam, and crushed violets. Firm tannins give way to intense flavors of boysenberry, plum, and black currant. Pairs well with rack of lamb, beef stew, grilled hamburgers, aged cheddars, Gouda, and salty nuts.
